Our People

Tony Zarola (Managing Director) is the passion behind Zeal Solutions. He is Chartered Occupational Psychologists and has strong links with the University of Nottingham and University College London.

Zeal Solutions has a dedicated support team based in the West Midlands, South East and in the South West but provides service delivery across the UK through the use of its 'high talent' associate network. All associates are qualified to a minimum of MSc level, have at least 3 to 5 years business experience and are chosen for their ability to engage with our clients in a way that excites, informs and adds value. All associates undergo a selection process that ensures that we can support their unique skills as it is through selecting and supporting high quality people that our clients will benefit.

Passionate about the role of psychology, Zeal also has a board of advisors comprising leading edge thinkers, doers and communicators in their field. Zeal Solutions also utilises an independent ethics committee through which research protocols must be passed before initiation.
