Even though quick and easy solutions (e.g. off the shelf packages) seem to cater for the needs of the individual learner, it is important to think about the wider aspects associated with the design and delivery of effective instruction.

Our extensive research and practice in training has enabled us to identify and develop in others the core competencies for effective delivery of any training. We have also worked hard to develop tools and techniques that allow for the design of powerful training materials and processes which maximise the opportunity for training transfer.
